The Main Event: Marvel vs. DC

So as some of you may know, I do some acting from time to time. Lately my work load and convention schedule has been much too large to do any acting really, but I'll always make time for a Tyghtrope skit. Be sure to check out the Tyghtrope channel on Youtube for a bunch of fun videos. Here's the latest one, which comicbook fans should love.  Who's on the winning side of this debate?

The Deep

For Viceroy's sketch set titled "The Deep" i did 15 watercolor paintings. These paintings are very, very small, only 2.5" x 3.5".  For this set, which is intended to show sea life, I decided to do a theme for my sketches. All of my aquatic creatures are prehistoric! I had a lot of fun working on this set and I'm very proud of my tiny sketches. The most fun was learning about each one. We often hear about dinosaurs, but we hear much less about all the life that was in the water. If you look up any of these creatures, you may be surprised to see how big they are. Something that may just look like an ugly fish turns out to be the size of a whale, which completely changes your perspective of the creature.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on these, and if you are someone who ended up owning any of these from buying the Viceroy packs or finding these for sale online, I'd love to hear from you. I really enjoy hearing where these sketches end up. :)

Carnival sketch set from Viceroy

I'm very late in posting these, very very late, I apologize! :)
I did do some sketch cards for Viceroy's 'Carnival' set. I was quite pressed for time while this set was being created though, so I only did 15 sketches for this set.
For those unfamiliar with sketch cards, these original drawings are done very small, only 2.5" wide by 3.5" tall. These sketches I did focus on the carnivals and sideshow acts during the Dust Bowl era. Please take no offense, these are simply being historically accurate to some of the sites scene at these shows during that time period.
